Review by hotel critic
During my recent city trip to Venice, I had the pleasure of staying at the charming Palazzo Odoni, a boutique hotel steeped in history and modern luxury. Nestled in a stunning 15th-century Gothic building, it marries period Venetian decor with elegant contemporary comforts, creating an inviting atmosphere that was perfect for my family getaway. The spacious junior suite we chose was graced with rich antique furnishings and offered delightful views of the serene courtyard, allowing us to appreciate the tranquil side of Venice. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast; each morning, we indulged in a buffet featuring local delicacies, including homemade pastries and perfectly brewed cappuccinos-it sets a wonderful tone for a day of exploration. The dedicated staff made our experience even more memorable. From the warm welcome to their thoughtful suggestions on local attractions, they truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. With its prime location near the train station and a plethora of charming restaurants within a short walk, Palazzo Odoni proved to be not just a hotel, but a gateway to experiencing the heart of Venice.
